What Venturs is

A working community
for hard decisions.

Venturs is an application-based membership community for active founders, investors, finance leaders, and operators. We convene trusted rooms where people can examine consequential company-building decisions with candour and useful context.

Current statusFounding cohort now formingLondon gatherings and focused online sessions

Private by design.
Practical by intent.

Venturs is not a broad social network or a passive content subscription. It is a deliberately cross-functional community built around small gatherings, prepared participation, and relationships formed through useful work.

Membership begins with an application and a real conversation. Roles and titles provide context, but fit depends on active experience, honest intent, and what someone can contribute to the room.

MODEL

Application-based

Every prospective member is reviewed personally. There is no automated acceptance or open directory.

COMMUNITY

Cross-functional

Founders, capital, finance, and operators see the same company from different—and necessary—angles.

FORMAT

Hybrid and focused

Private in-person gatherings currently centre on London, supported by selected online working sessions.

STAGE

Founding programme

The first cohort and programme are being formed now. Terms are shared clearly before anyone commits.

More access.
Less real context.

Founders have never had more information, introductions, or advice. Yet the decisions that shape a company remain deeply contextual. Generic answers create false confidence; trusted perspective creates clarity.

Venturs closes the distance between builders and financial minds. Not to manufacture consensus, but to reveal better questions, sharper trade-offs, and the experience behind an opinion.

What members
take part in.

01

Curated gatherings

Invitations to Founder Tables, Capital Clinics, and Operator Salons selected for relevance—not volume.

02

Prepared context

Every room starts with a clear question, the right mix of perspectives, and enough context for useful participation.

03

Considered introductions

Introductions are made when there is a genuine reason for two members to speak. Access is never sold or guaranteed.

04

Continued working value

Relevant materials, follow-up questions, and member-led ideas help a conversation continue beyond one event.

The founding programme is being developed with the first cohort. Confirmed cadence, terms, and benefits are shared directly before membership begins.

Three formats.
One standard.

DINNER / SMALL TABLE

Founder
Tables

One consequential question, a deliberately balanced table, and enough time to move past the polished answer.

Capital
Clinics

Practical work on financing, forecasting, boards, and the economic choices underneath ambition.

Salons

Experienced operators unpack an inflection point with the detail usually edited out of the public story.

How membership
actually works.

  1. 01

    Apply with context

Share what you are building, backing, or navigating—and what experience you can offer others.

  2. 02

    Have a real conversation

Where there may be a fit, we arrange a short conversation to understand expectations on both sides.

  3. 03

    Join with orientation

Accepted members receive the participation principles, current programme, and relevant first introductions.

  4. 04

    Prepare and contribute

Invitations explain the question and who the room is for. Members arrive ready to contribute, not observe.

  5. 05

    Shape what comes next

Members can propose a question, host a table, or suggest a practitioner whose experience would serve the room.

Candour needs
clear boundaries.

Venturs treats trust as an operating discipline, not a slogan. Members and invited guests agree to the same baseline before participating.

Ask about our standards

Confidential by default

Ideas may inform your thinking, but another participant’s identity, affiliation, or specific remarks must not be attributed without explicit permission. Recording is not permitted unless everyone agrees in advance.

No unsolicited pitching

A member may explain relevant work, but the room is not a sales channel, fundraising marketplace, or source of guaranteed introductions.

Disclose interests

Commercial, investment, or personal interests that could shape advice should be stated clearly so others can judge the context.

Respect is enforceable

Harassment, discrimination, repeated solicitation, or breaches of confidence can lead to removal from an event or the community.
